The following is a reminder of a procedure that was put into effect on November 10, 2014, concerning the early pickup/dismissal of students.
Please note that any parent/guardian that wishes to pick up their child/children early must first call the main office between the hours of 8:00am and 12:00pm. The reason for the early dismissal must be stated to the secretary/ receptionist at the time of the call.
If there is an emergency and no call is made then the dismissal will have to be approved by the administration.
No parent will be permitted to enter the building between 2:45pm and 3:00pm unless approved by the administration. The doors will not be opened for any reason unless there is an emergency.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with the above matter. Keep in mind that our goal will always be the wellbeing and safety of all students.
